1. Refund Policy
At Luciani Tourist Service, we strive to provide the best travel experiences in Bali, Lombok, Yogyakarta, and other destinations in Indonesia. However, we understand that plans may change, and refunds may be necessary under certain circumstances.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@lucianitouristservice.com.
- Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of third-party vendors (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.).
- Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the booked service.
Non-Refundable Services
- Some services (e.g., discounted or non-refundable bookings) may not qualify for a refund.
- Processing fees and bank charges may apply.
Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
2. Cancellation Policy
Tour & Activity Cancellations
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund (minus processing fees).
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund (unless due to exceptional circumstances).
Flight & Hotel Bookings
- Subject to airline and hotel policies.
- Refunds may take longer due to third-party processing.
